Lee Thaggard Presented With 2017-2019 President’s Plaque

Immediate Past President Lee Thaggard was presented with a President’s plaque in appreciation of his service to the Downtown Optimist Club as President between 2017-2019. Lee has been an active member since 2014 and will continue working on the Board as Immediate Past President over the next year.

The award was presented on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 by current President Ken Kercheval.
